The Hearing Aid Association of Kentucky invites you and your company to attend our 31st Annual

Mid-America Conference on Hearing May 20th 2023 at the  Campbell House Hilton, Lexington, KY!

Exhibitor Registration includes:
One skirted table with two chairs in the exhibit hall
All seminars & CE hours (when requested, limit of 2 CE cards per booth)
Meals and social events sponsored by MACH
Basic WiFi in the exhibit hall (security code will be provided at set up)

Exhibits Schedule

Setup will begin

Saturday, May 20 at 7:00 am

(We may have access the night before. Contact faronblakeman@hotmail.com to confirm)

 

7:00 am - 8:15 am  Breakfast in the Exhibit Hall with attendees 

       

10:30 am - 11:30 am       Coffee Break for all attendees inside the exhibit hall

 Take down will begin one hour after the Coffee Break at 12:30 pm

12:30 pm - 2:00 pm Luncheon and State Chapter Meetings

Exhibit Fees
To be received by and no later than May 16, 2023

Early Bird discounted rate of $895.00 valid through May 10th
After midnight May 10: $1095.00 per table  
Cancellation after April 28th subject to a $125 processing fee, no refunds on cancellations or no shows after May 18th.

Shipping Smaller Items
Items smaller than 25lbs may be shipped directly to the hotel to be stored no more than 2 days in advance

 

Hospitality Suites

Reservations must be approved by MACH and made directly through the individual hotel listed. Exhibitors are prohibited from hosting any other event competing or coinciding with the MACH Conference Agenda. 

 

EXHIBITOR ETIQUETTE
Purchasing an exhibit booth at MACH shall be for the primary purpose of displaying and promoting products and services.  Exhibitors shall not attempt to recruit dispensers for positions in their company or others.  Many employers bring their dispensers to Mid-America to obtain CEUs and we are committed to providing an environment that encourages their continued support.
